Our team is led by Georgios Palyvos. Mr. Palyvos brings 30 years of unique skills and knowledge in the fields of real estate and corporate restructuring. His experience includes:

• Responsible for the oversight and negotiations with the Greek capital markets and Bank of Greece for the creation and approval of InterContinental International as a Real Estate Investment Corporation (REIC).
• Lead negotiator for the purchase, loan obtainment, lease agreemnet and all terms and conditions of the largest real estate transaction in Greece in 2012. This was the REIC seed properties (Credit Agricole was the seller). This was in the Middle of the Greek crisis.
• Overseeing the approval by the Hellenic Capital Markets and other authorities for the listing of Intercontinental International on the Greek Stock exchange. This listing was the first successful listing in Greece in over 7 years. It also occurred right after Brexit.
• Managing Director Blueterra International Real Estate Developments SA- Successfully developed, marketed and sold during the crisis a portfolio of 12 luxury villas in Kiffisia Greece.
• Lead the restructuring of a plastics Company that managed to reduce its debt from 125 million to about 25 million euro
• Lead the restructuring of a pottery factory that managed to reduce its debts from 26 million to 2.6 million euro.
• Lead the restructuring of a real estate shopping Center where its debts were reduced from 47 million to 20 million euro.
• 30 year history as a Real Estate Developer, Owner, Investor and Manager of
1. Commercial office and residential Buildings including Historical Landmarks
2. Commercial land
